De-activate 2FA

If you have lost/changed your phone, you need to de-activate 2FA from your account and contact your system administrator for further instructions.

1. Activate 2FA

Please have your authenticator app open.

Once the Secret Key is generated the QR code is highlighted and ready to be used to activate your authenticator app. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app to add MZURIERP to your list in the app.

2. Verify the OTP

Generate the OTP in your authenticator app and enter the OTP here to verify it. Once verified you will need to login again.

STRONG PASSWORD

Most data breach are caused by weak passwords, but: how can one remember a strong password?

The simplest method for creating a strong password that one can remember easily is to use what's called a passphrase.

The phrase above is the opening of a song, but you can use a motivational phrase such as
I start my day with a smile on my face.
or anything else that is more than 25 characters long.

Such a passphrase is billions times stronger than something like

OTP KEEPS YOUR DATA PROTECTED

The login process has changed to include a One Time Password (OTP) as a further measure to protect your data.

A one-time password (OTP) is a key element of a Multi-Form Authentication consisting of a unique 6 digit number. The OTP authenticates you for a login session only.

The OTP is generated from your own smart phone, so no one else can login to your account.

Your OTP will only be usable for 1 minute, so no hacker can use it even if they could get hold of it.
